Rachel Wilbur is a 6th year doctoral candidate in the department of Anthropology’s Human Biology, Ecology, and Evolution program. Her research interests are in the impact of social determinants of health, historical, and intergenerational trauma and resilience on contemporary mental and physical health among American Indian and Alaska Native peoples. Her work seeks to address health research questions of interest to and initiated by Indigenous communities.
